About The Surveyor

Surveyor's Biography:

Mr. Zachary Joseph Nelson started his career in land surveying while studying at Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio for Civil Engineering. There he obtained an internship with a local design build firm and worked directly under their Registered Surveyor and Engineer on land development projects. He later changed his major to Construction Management and continued to work with the same design build firm until he obtained his associate’s degree. After obtaining his associates he continued his studies at Florida International University in Miami, Florida where he later obtained his Bachelor of Science in the same field. Following the completion of his education in 2011, Mr. Nelson moved to Texas to live near family and shortly thereafter decided to pursue his R.P.L.S. (Registered Professional Land Surveyor) license. He obtained his license in 2019 and has since accumulated a vast amount of experience in the various disciplines of surveying such as: platting, title surveys, right-of-way surveys, land development, and expert witness testimony.
